New Luxury Development Planned for Jeddah

Dar Global has announced Trump Plaza Jeddah, a $1 billion luxury development within Dar Al Arkan's new "Manhattan" urban project in central Jeddah. This marks the second collaboration between Dar Global and The Trump Organization, following Trump Tower Jeddah. The project is strategically positioned on King Abdulaziz Road, near the Red Sea Mall and Corniche, on a prime, high-value land plot.

Trump Plaza Jeddah will occupy a 28,000 sqm corner of the site and will feature premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A offices, and exclusive townhouses. The development will also include a Central Park-inspired green space and curated retail and dining options. The project aims to bring a Manhattan-style vibrancy to Jeddah, enhancing the city's commercial and cultural appeal.

The broader Manhattan masterplan, developed by Dar Al Arkan, will consist of four districts connected by a landscaped boulevard, designed for walkability and sustainability. The project aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, aiming to improve quality of life and attract global investment. With Trump Plaza as its centerpiece, the Manhattan project is poised to become a landmark real estate destination in Saudi Arabia.
