Dubai will host the Middle East debut of PropTech Connect in February 2026, a leading real estate technology conference, at the Grand Hyatt Dubai from February 4th to 5th. This event, organized in partnership with the Dubai Land Department, anticipates over 3,000 attendees, including representatives from more than 1,500 companies spanning real estate, technology, and venture capital. The conference aims to facilitate direct engagement through thousands of one-to-one meetings.

PropTech Connect will bring together key players in the real estate sector, including developers, brokers, and investors, alongside proptech firms and AI specialists. The event's focus aligns with Dubai's Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, emphasizing digital innovation, market efficiency, and data integration to boost economic growth.

The conference program will feature over 60 panel discussions across five platforms, covering various real estate segments. Attendees can also participate in 50 case studies, 25 workshops, and closed-door meetings focused on AI, blockchain, and data analytics applications. Two exhibition zones and networking spaces will connect startups with global technology leaders and investors, fostering targeted collaboration.

Dubai's selection for PropTech Connect's international expansion reflects its growing prominence in the global real estate market. The conference, with over 200 speakers from leading institutions worldwide, aims to drive innovation and collaboration within the region's rapidly evolving property technology landscape.
