Private Developer Announced for Palm Jebel Ali

Dubai Holding and Select Group have formed a partnership to develop real estate projects in Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Design District (d3). This marks the first time a private developer will undertake projects in Palm Jebel Ali, previously exclusive to master-developer Nakheel. The collaboration aims to create "landmark projects," including upscale residential and hospitality offerings in Palm Jebel Ali, setting new standards for luxury waterfront living.

Select Group will develop and deliver two large-scale projects. Palm Jebel Ali, spanning 13.4 kilometers with 16 fronds and 90 kilometers of beachfront, is envisioned as a new growth corridor. The d3 project will be a mixed-use community.
