Modon has unveiled its first residential plots on Hudayriyat Island, a new island destination in Abu Dhabi, catering to property investors. The "Wadeem" project, located opposite Abu Dhabi’s Al Bateen area, marks the first land offering near the city's exclusive areas in over 15 years, with sales open to all nationalities.
Wadeem will feature over 1,700 plots, each allowing for the construction of four- to six-bedroom villas. These plots provide ample space for swimming pools, outdoor dining, and entertainment areas, and are situated close to Hudayriyat Island’s coastline.
According to Ibrahim Al Maghribi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, this project offers a significant investment opportunity in a highly desirable location, allowing buyers to build their dream homes by the sea.
