DP World has begun the next phase of construction for its new global headquarters in Expo City Dubai, with completion expected in 2027. This project aims to solidify Dubai's position as a trade and innovation hub and will serve as a model for sustainable workspace design. The headquarters will feature a striking 10.45-meter cantilever, giving the illusion of the building floating.

The 301,940-square-foot facility will house 850 employees and welcome around 2,000 visitors daily. The first two floors will be public spaces, including cafes, restaurants, and meeting rooms designed for interaction. The building will incorporate the Flow Pavilion and fountain from Expo 2020, which attracted over 1.2 million visitors.

A key feature will be an automated parking facility, the first of its kind in the region, with space for nearly 1,000 vehicles, including 100 electric cars. The building's design incorporates natural light, energy-efficient louvres, and integrated digital systems for energy management, access control, and workplace operations. The site covers 18,013.63 square meters, with a footprint of 16,220 square meters and a height of 38 meters.
