New Business Centre Opens in Palm Jumeirah

Onespace Dubai has launched the Palm Jumeirah's first business center, a prestigious 8,000-square-foot facility in the Golden Mile Galleria. This center caters to global corporations, regional headquarters, and project teams, offering a blend of workspace and luxury.

The new center provides private offices, meeting suites, concierge services, and corporate licensing support. It also provides access to Palm Jumeirah's lifestyle amenities, including cafes, gyms, bars, and restaurants, creating a unique work environment. This marks the first time businesses can establish a fully serviced presence directly on the Palm.

The demand for high-quality office space in Dubai remains strong. The commercial leasing and sales sector reached new heights in the first half of 2025, with Dh58.6 billion in transactions, a 38.4% increase from 2024. Grade A office spaces in prime locations continue to command premium rents, often exceeding Dh250 per square foot.
