Sharjah welcomes a new freehold development, Khalid Bin Sultan City, with apartments starting from approximately Dh1 million. Developed by Beeah, known for its sustainable energy projects, the project is named after the late Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, son of the Sharjah Ruler. Beeah's entry into real estate is timely, given the booming residential freehold market and growing demand in Sharjah.

Located in Rodhat Al Sidir, near Beeah's corporate headquarters, the city will feature villas, townhouses, and apartments across a 1.5-kilometer stretch, divided into seven neighborhoods. The development's proximity to major highways, including one from Sharjah Airport, enhances its accessibility. The project aims to be a "climate-smart" destination with a focus on Net Zero waste management.

Khalid Bin Sultan City will comprise 1,500 homes and offer a fully integrated, self-sustained community. The development is strategically positioned near Sharjah Media City (Shams) and Arada's Masaar development. Beeah plans to leverage its expertise in sustainable energy to create an eco-friendly community.
