Large-Scale Real Estate Project Announced in Ras Al Khaimah

Beyond Developments has unveiled its new flagship project, "Evermore," a Dh25 billion development spanning over 7 million square feet on Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah. This marks the company's first fully integrated destination in the emirate and aligns with its strategic expansion plans for 2026, supporting Ras Al Khaimah Vision 2030 for sustainable development. The project is strategically located opposite the Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort.

Evermore's masterplan features a blend of classic French architecture with a contemporary design, offering stunning sea views and vistas of Marjan Beach's gardens. The development promises an integrated community environment focused on enhancing quality of life, well-being, and privacy for its residents and visitors.

Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Chairman of Beyond Developments, highlighted Ras Al Khaimah's growth and the leadership's support as key drivers for the company's expansion. He emphasized that Evermore represents a significant milestone as their first project outside Dubai and their inaugural venture in Ras Al Khaimah, contributing to the emirate's urban, tourism, and economic development.
