AMIS Development has quickly established itself in Dubai's luxury real estate market, starting with the successful launch of Woodland Residences in early 2024. This $116-million villa development, located in Meydan, features Automobili Lamborghini-branded surfaces through a collaboration with Laminam. The project's rapid sell-out within a week highlights the strong demand for high-end homes in the region, solidifying AMIS's position as a key player in Dubai's luxury sector. Construction is progressing on schedule, with handover planned as per the initial plan.
Building on this success, AMIS has expanded its portfolio with Woodland Terraces and Woodland Crest. Woodland Terraces, a $35-million development in District 11, Meydan, offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2027. These apartments will feature modern designs, eco-friendly features, and smart home technology. Woodland Crest, a $27-million luxury apartment development in the same prestigious Meydan district, is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027 and will offer one- and two-bedroom units with exclusive amenities.
In a significant move, AMIS signed a Memorandum of Understanding with First APAC Fund VCC in late 2024, securing an investment of up to Dh5 billion. This investment will fuel AMIS's expansion plans, including growing its land bank, project pipeline, global brand partnerships, project team, and technology investments. The company's current projects are valued at over $178 million, demonstrating a commitment to creating high-quality developments in strategic locations.
Under the leadership of Neeraj Mishra, AMIS Development is focused on pushing the boundaries of luxury living in Dubai. With over 15 years of experience in Dubai's real estate sector, Mishra's vision and expertise are driving AMIS's success and contributing to Dubai's evolution as a global hub of modernity and sophistication.
