Azizi Developments has unveiled a massive Dh75 billion residential project, Azizi Milan, in Dubai, near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, in the area formerly known as City of Arabia. This project, following the European city naming convention, aims to become a fashion hub for the Middle East and Asia, attracting leading brands and nurturing local design talent. The masterplan emphasizes community living with shopping, social spaces, and residential units.

The project's strategic location off Mohammed Bin Zayed Road reflects the trend of community-focused developments in Dubai. Azizi Milan will cater to a population of 140,000 with 80,000 apartments spread across 40 million square feet of gross floor area. It will include 500 hotel keys and 2.5 million square feet of retail space. Sales begin April 24, with prices designed to be more accessible than Azizi's luxury projects.

Azizi Milan will feature a revised masterplan, incorporating a mall, retail districts, office spaces, schools, and extensive green areas. The existing communities within City of Arabia will maintain their separate facility and property management. Azizi will focus on infrastructure development and the road network, enhancing the overall community for all stakeholders.
