Solaya, a new beachfront residential development in Dubai's Jumeirah 1, has been launched by Dubai Holding Investments in collaboration with Brookfield Properties. The project, developed under Dubai Holding Real Estate's Meraas brand, comprises nine buildings across 40 acres and offers 234 exclusive homes. This marks another collaboration between Dubai Holding and Brookfield, known for their previous partnerships in Dubai's retail and lifestyle sectors.
Solaya features a variety of residences, including two- to five-bedroom apartments, penthouses with private pools, garden houses, and duplexes. Designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by 1508 London, the homes boast open layouts, high ceilings, and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. Residents will have access to a range of amenities, such as a spa, fitness center, private cinema, dining and meeting spaces, and an exclusive lounge.
The development aims to provide a blend of seclusion and connectivity, with close proximity to J1 Beach and easy access to Downtown Dubai. According to Omar Karim, CEO of Dubai Holding Investments, Solaya highlights the company's strategy of forming global partnerships to enhance Dubai's status as a premier global hub. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasizes the project's response to the increasing demand for wellness-focused, nature-connected living spaces.
