Apartment Costs in a Supertall Building

Azizi Developments has unveiled updated pricing for its Burj Azizi project, with apartments starting at Dh4.97 million. This ambitious project, situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, is set to become the world's second-tallest building, soaring to 725 meters across 140 stories. The tower will integrate residences, hospitality, retail, dining, entertainment, and cultural spaces, promising a comprehensive living experience. Completion is slated for 2029.

Burj Azizi will offer a range of apartments, from one to three bedrooms, alongside ultra-luxury penthouses with private lobbies on the upper floors. Residents will enjoy access to a variety of amenities, including pools, spas, gyms, yoga centers, cinemas, games rooms, and numerous retail and dining options, all within the building. This integrated approach aims to provide unparalleled convenience and luxury.

The tower will also house a seven-star, all-suite hotel featuring culturally-themed restaurants, a luxury ballroom, and an exclusive beach club. Furthermore, Burj Azizi is poised to break several world records, including the highest observation deck, hotel lobby, nightclub, and restaurant. A museum at the top will showcase the tower's construction through multimedia exhibits, adding a cultural dimension to this architectural marvel.
