BEYOND Developments, a real estate brand from OMNIYAT GROUP, has launched PASSO, a waterfront development on Palm Jumeirah's West Crescent. This marks BEYOND's first project outside its Dubai Maritime City masterplan, signifying a strategic expansion. The launch event featured a spectacular drone show with over 4,000 drones, utilizing screens-in-the-sky technology to create an immersive visual narrative of the project.
PASSO comprises two sculptural towers, Avita and Bella, offering 625 residences designed for modern lifestyles. These include one-bedroom sanctuaries, two-to-four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom penthouses, and six-bedroom beach mansions. Each residence emphasizes elegance, spatial fluidity, and a focus on comfort. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2029 and aims to blend architecture, nature, and intentionality into a cohesive experience.
The development offers various collections, including the Wellness collection with private plunge pools and gardens, the Elite collection with special features, and the Signature collection featuring penthouses and beachfront mansions. Amenities include a piazza with a sculpted canopy, a wellness pavilion with fitness facilities, a Montessori-inspired kid's pavilion, and a central landscape with pools leading to a private beach. Additional amenities include a wellness spa, a sunset social space with a private cinema, and rooftop infinity pools and sky gardens.
PASSO aims to provide both end-users and investors with long-term value and a world-class lifestyle in a location known for strong capital appreciation. The project reflects BEYOND's philosophy of prioritizing human experience, architectural integrity, and the forward-thinking spirit of Dubai, solidifying its growing presence in the UAE and globally.
