Residential Units to be Delivered in Two Years

Mashriq Elite Real Estate Developments, based in Dubai, is planning to release over 1,200 residential units in the next two years, with 380 apartments expected to be handed over by the end of this year. The announcement was made during the company's third-anniversary celebration. The developer's portfolio is valued at Dh1.5 billion, encompassing 1,525 units. Their first project, Floarea Residence in Arjan, delivered 206 units last year.

The company has a total of eight projects, with five currently under development. Projects in full-scale construction include Floarea Grande in Arjan, Floarea Vista in Discovery Gardens, Floarea Skies in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Floarea Oasis in Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC), and Floarea Breeze in Dubai Islands. Floarea Grande (222 units) and Floarea Vista (158 units) are scheduled for completion in 2026.

Floarea Skies (192 units) and Floarea Oasis (257 units) are expected to be handed over in early 2028, while Floarea Breeze (48 apartments and four townhouses) in Dubai Islands is anticipated for delivery in the third quarter of 2027. The company is also planning expansion into Meydan and Dubai Production City (IMPZ), with launches expected in the first quarter of 2026.
