Residential Project Contract Awarded in Dubai

Dubai South Properties has awarded Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al Kharafi & Sons LLC the contract for HAYAT by Dubai South, a 10 million square foot master-planned development. Located near Al Maktoum International Airport and adjacent to the Golf District, HAYAT is designed as an integrated community focused on balanced living and wellness. The project will feature approximately 2,500 residential units, including apartments, townhouses, villas, and hotel apartments, catering to diverse needs.

The development aims to provide a well-balanced community with a focus on quality living, connectivity, and lifestyle amenities. Homes will feature a minimalist architectural style, offering privacy and contemporary living spaces. Residents will have access to parks, walking trails, play areas, fitness facilities, community pools, and landscaped gardens. Additional amenities include lagoons, a lake, a community mall, and a retail boulevard.

HAYAT's strategic location offers convenient access to major roads and economic hubs, including Al Maktoum International Airport, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with initial phases expected to be completed by 2028. This project further expands Dubai South's residential offerings, which already include parks, retail outlets, and a public bus route.
