The Dubai Rental Disputes Centre (RDC) reported a successful second quarter of 2025, finalizing 443 reconciliation agreements. These agreements, totaling Dh190.7 million, highlight the RDC's effectiveness in resolving rental disputes and promoting market transparency. The average resolution time per case was an impressive six days, showcasing the Centre's efficiency.

The RDC's performance saw steady growth throughout the quarter. April recorded 144 settlements worth Dh43.1 million, followed by 191 agreements in May valued at Dh25.5 million. June witnessed the most significant increase, with 108 settlements reaching a record value of Dh129.3 million. This surge reflects the rising scale of disputes and the RDC's role as a reliable platform for swift real estate conflict resolution.

Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the RDC, emphasized the Centre's commitment to judicial efficiency and amicable resolution methods. The RDC aims to create a secure and appealing property market for both investors and residents, offering innovative solutions that stabilize the market and balance the interests of landlords and tenants. The success is attributed to advanced legal and administrative practices and strong collaboration between government and private sector partners.
