Emaar Properties reported a strong first half of 2025, with significant growth across key financial metrics. Net profit before tax surged 34% to Dh10.4 billion, while revenues increased by 38% to Dh19.8 billion. Property sales reached a record Dh46 billion, a 46% increase, and the sales backlog grew by an impressive 62% to Dh146.3 billion, fueled by strong investor interest in Dubai's property market.

The company's performance was driven by both new projects like The Valley and established developments such as Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar's UAE revenue backlog alone reached Dh128.6 billion, a 50% increase, highlighting the sustained demand for premium lifestyle offerings. Emaar Development also saw strong results, with H1-2025 revenues of approximately Dh10 billion, up 35%, and a net profit before tax of Dh5.5 billion, a 50% gain.

Emaar's founder, Mohamed Alabbar, emphasized the company's focus on creating meaningful experiences and communities. The company's stock price remained stable at Dh15.45, but it has increased over 20% year-to-date. The consolidated revenue from Emaar Properties' property development business increased to Dh13.5 billion, up 50%.
