Attendees from across the Emirates sought residential and commercial options in both India and the UAE. The show featured exhibitors showcasing affordable housing, luxury villas, and investment prospects in major developments, catering to a wide range of potential investors.

Hameed Fayaz, a Sales Manager, utilized the show for market research, focusing on investment opportunities in Dubai and Chennai. He sees Dubai's growth, particularly with the upcoming Al Maktoum International Airport, as a favorable time for expatriates to invest and secure good returns. Fayaz is considering a Dh2 million property purchase in Dubai to obtain a Golden Visa for his family.

Sreenivasu Konda, Deputy General Manager at Aries Group of Companies, explored commercial property investments in Hyderabad, aiming to diversify his portfolio. He sought properties offering better returns than typical rental yields, preferring investments that require minimal management. The show provided a professional platform for Konda to gain firsthand market insights.

The inaugural show, featuring twenty developers from India and the UAE, offered a valuable platform for networking and deal-making. Exhibitors presented projects from major Indian cities like Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru. Shyam Agarwalla, Managing Director of Glaze Services, found the event well-organized and beneficial for understanding market rates and new developer offerings. Special discounts and incentives, including gold coins, were available to UAE investors.
