NABNI Developments has commenced construction on NABNI Avenue Residence 7 in Dubai's Al Furjan district, a rapidly expanding area. This marks the latest addition to NABNI's Avenue series, representing a Dh800 million investment in Al Furjan, following the success of its previous Avenue residences. The project is designed to offer elevated urban living with a modern aesthetic incorporating Emirati design elements.
Scheduled for completion in August 2027, the 12-story building will feature 166 units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 950 to 2,050 square feet. The design incorporates minimalist art deco with influences from traditional UAE homes, featuring high-quality Italian fixtures, premium European kitchen appliances, and integrated smart home technology.
Residents will have access to a range of amenities tailored for both young professionals and families, including separate swimming pools for adults and children, a Technogym-equipped gym, a resident's lounge, a ghaf tree garden, a kids' play area, a jogging track, and a barbecue area. The project has already seen a significant sales success, with 65% of the units sold.
NABNI Developments emphasizes delivering high-quality living spaces, supported by two decades of local market experience, direct global sourcing, and smart cost management. The company has already delivered five buildings, generating over Dh1.2 billion in sales, with three more in development in Al Furjan. This project follows the launch of the Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Business Bay, further expanding NABNI's portfolio.
