Sanzen Developments has commenced construction on Sukoon, a residential project in Sharjah prioritizing daily well-being. The project features 859 villas and townhouses across four phases, offering a lifestyle focused on everyday wellness. The launch reflects Sanzen's confidence in the UAE's real estate market, with Phase 1, comprising 241 units, selling out on the launch day.
Sukoon, meaning "peace" or "calm" in Arabic, integrates wellness into daily life. A 3,000 sqm central lagoon connects the four residential blocks. Residents will have access to quiet spaces, gardens, wellness areas, and leisure amenities within walking distance. Additional facilities include swimming pools, cycling tracks, children’s play areas, nurseries, mosques, retail outlets, and smart home technology.
Each phase introduces unique wellness features. Phase 1 includes a recovery pavilion and mindfulness spaces. Phase 2 will feature an infrared sauna and community dining areas. Phase 3 will offer cold plunge pools and sports courts, while Phase 4 will include a sound healing pavilion.
The construction contract for Phase 1 has been awarded to PTC Contracting, a 100% Emirati firm. Sukoon is strategically located with easy access to Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2029.
