Nest Hotel, managed by Arada Hospitality, is set to open in October within Arada's Aljada megaproject in Sharjah, marking a significant milestone as the first completed hotel in the destination's planned portfolio. The hotel will feature 431 design-led rooms across two buildings, located near the Nest Campus student housing, the upcoming Arada Central Business District, and the Madar family entertainment complex. This launch signifies Arada's commitment to creating quality, value-driven destinations focused on community and well-being.

The hotel will incorporate innovative digital hospitality features, including mobile check-in, digital room access, energy-efficient systems, coworking lounges, a guest pool, and all-day dining. Nest Hotel aims to cater to travelers seeking convenience, energy, and connection to the surrounding districts, drawing insights from the Nest Campus residents and the wider Aljada community. The hotel is also strategically positioned to serve the growing MICE and leisure tourism sectors in Sharjah.

Nest Hotel Aljada is conveniently located five minutes from Sharjah International Airport and is expected to benefit from the airport's 11% traffic growth in 2024, reaching 17 million passengers. The hotel will also serve the Aljada community, which attracted 8 million visitors last year. Aljada is a 24 million-square-foot development with 25,000 homes planned, integrating residential, retail, entertainment, sports, education, healthcare, and business components.

The launch of Nest Hotel strengthens Arada Hospitality’s portfolio, which already includes Nest Campus student housing and various community-focused brands. Alongside Nest Hotel, Aljada is also home to hotels operated by international groups, including Vida Aljada, The Address Aljada, and Rove Aljada.
