New Housing Project Approved

Sharjah's Ruler, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, has authorized a new residential development in Kalba's Al Dahiyat suburb. The project aims to provide housing for citizens and will include 190 residential plots, a central park, and a mosque.

The initial phase of the development will focus on constructing 54 residential units. This signifies the commencement of a larger project designed to enhance the living environment for residents of Kalba.

This initiative reflects the Ruler's commitment to improving the quality of life for citizens by providing modern housing and essential community amenities. The project is expected to bring significant positive changes to the Al Dahiyat suburb.
