Sharjah's property market is poised for a significant boost with the upcoming launch of up to 4,000 new homes at the Masaar residential community. Broker sources suggest this could be one of the largest sales launches in Sharjah to date, with prices expected to start around Dh1.6 million to Dh1.7 million. This launch, along with developments like Khalid Bin Sultan City, is set to be a major player in Sharjah's freehold market boom, both located in the Rodhat Al Sidir area.
The Masaar project, known for its "forest" community concept, has been a prominent freehold development in the UAE for the past four years. The developer, Arada, has not yet officially confirmed the launch. The launch prices have remained relatively stable compared to other emirates, attracting first-time buyers with options in the Dh1 million to Dh3 million range.
Masaar's previous phases, Masaar 1 and 2, have already created around 5,000 residential units, with most sold and approximately 1,500 homes handed over. Masaar 2, released earlier this year with 2,000 homes, sold out in a day, generating Dh5.6 billion in sales. The new Masaar 3 could potentially generate around Dh12 billion in sales.
