Neoterra Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has begun construction of ELMORA, a premium residential project in Jumeirah Garden City, with completion slated for February 2028. The project, valued at approximately Dh130 million, will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with nearly 80% of the units already sold. Neoterra also announced its upcoming residential project in Dubai Production City, targeted for launch in the second quarter of 2026.
ELMORA, developed in partnership with GRID as the Development Lifecycle Management (DLM) partner, is strategically located near Sheikh Zayed Road, offering residents easy access to key destinations like Dubai International Financial Centre and Downtown Dubai. The development will include 85 fully furnished residences, with studios and one-bedroom units already sold out. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a jogging track, rooftop business lounge, gymnasium, infinity pool, and concierge services.
The project emphasizes sustainability with features like EV-ready parking, water-efficient fixtures, and energy-efficient cooling systems. ELMORA aims to integrate architecture, smart technology, and functionality to enhance modern city living. Neoterra Developments aims to create design-led residences in prime urban districts, aligning with Dubai's vision for next-generation communities.
