New Developer Launches Branded Residences in Dubai

BNW Developments, the largest private developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has launched its first project in Dubai: Orvessa Residences by Michel Adam, located in Al Furjan. This marks BNW's sixth branded residences project, expanding its portfolio with a focus on design, quality, and enduring value. The development is strategically positioned for easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, offering a balance of urban convenience and community living.

Orvessa Residences, designed by Michel Adam, represents a departure from traditional luxury, drawing inspiration from the world of FashionTV to create a living experience defined by fluidity and functional precision. The project aims to provide a sanctuary where architectural expression meets practical design. According to Dr. Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, the project emphasizes rigorous investment fundamentals and long-term value creation.

The residences will feature 92 apartments with one, two, and three-bedroom options. Residents will have access to amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, co-working spaces, outdoor lounges, family seating areas, BBQ zones, steam and sauna facilities, and a kids’ play area. Michel Adam describes the project as a personal expression of movement and emotional design, designed to be lived in.

This launch signifies BNW Developments' initial step into a broader Dubai expansion plan. The company aims to build a focused pipeline in Dubai, combining architectural clarity, lifestyle value, and long-term resilience, building on its success in Ras Al Khaimah.
