SOL Properties, the real estate arm of the Bhatia Group, has unveiled SOL LUXE, a Dh2.2 billion mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The 62-floor tower, reaching 280 meters, will be one of the tallest freehold developments on the city's main boulevard, with completion slated for Q4 2028. The project combines 288 luxury residential units with 66 floors of Grade A offices, alongside curated retail and dining options.

Residential units range from one to three-bedroom apartments with study rooms, designed for professionals, families, and investors. Office spaces boast 3.7-meter ceiling heights and panoramic city views, while ground-floor retail units offer direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. The strategic location near the DIFC Metro Station, Dubai Mall, and other key amenities, along with a 15-minute drive to Dubai International Airport, is expected to provide investors with an ROI of 8–9%.

SOL LUXE incorporates sustainable and smart building features, including high-performance glazing, water-saving technologies, and EV-ready infrastructure. The design features a bronze-and-glass façade with curved glass edges and horizontal bronze bands. The development will also utilize AI-powered smart systems for air quality, predictive maintenance, and visitor management.

With its height, prime location, and integrated lifestyle offerings, SOL LUXE aims to set a new standard for luxury and smart living on Sheikh Zayed Road. Construction is already underway, reinforcing SOL Properties' commitment to delivering high-end, sustainable developments in Dubai.
