Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi's newest luxury destination, is a coastal wellness community developed by Aldar. Spanning 2.7 million square meters, the Dh40 billion project offers a blend of waterfront residences, leisure attractions, and wellness-focused living. Located between Yas Island and Jubail Island, Fahid Island aims to enhance Abu Dhabi's position as a leading global destination.

The island will feature over 6,000 residences, including apartments, townhouses, and villas. The initial phase, Fahid Beach Residences, comprises seven mid-rise buildings. Homes at Fahid Beach Residences and The Beach House start from over Dh3 million. The island is designed to promote health and wellbeing with extensive green spaces, mangrove forests, beachfront access, and wellness amenities.

Fahid Island will offer a 4.6-kilometer beachfront, a 2-kilometer waterfront promenade, and the Coral Drive boutique retail boulevard. King’s College School Wimbledon will open its first regional campus on the island in September 2028, accommodating up to 2,200 students. The development's design incorporates contributions from renowned architects like Kengo Kuma and Koichi Takada.

While sales have commenced, the project will be completed in phases over the coming years. The first phase is expected to be completed by 2029, with the entire island gradually rolling out as part of the masterplan.
