Luxury Dubai Project Announces Main Contractor

OMNIYAT, a prominent Dubai-based ultra-luxury developer, has announced significant construction milestones for The Alba, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, following its global launch in September 2024. Innovo Build, part of the Innovo Group, has been appointed as the main contractor, bringing its expertise to the first beachfront resort managed by Dorchester Collection. Innovo has previously worked on three other OMNIYAT projects on Palm Jumeirah: AVA, ORLA, and ORLA Infinity Dorchester Collection, Dubai.

Peter Stephenson, Co-managing Director of OMNIYAT, emphasized the company's commitment to partnering with top global talent to ensure unparalleled living experiences. He expressed confidence in Innovo's ability to deliver The Alba by 2028, highlighting the exceptional progress already underway on other Palm Jumeirah residences.

The project is transitioning from groundwork to vertical construction, with raft foundation works scheduled to begin this month. The diaphragm wall and capping beam works are complete, providing structural support for the towers. Piling works and excavation are also progressing steadily.

Residential zones and portions of the landscaped area are on track for handover to Innovo Build, paving the way for the next phase of development. The Alba is slated for completion in 2028, demonstrating OMNIYAT's dedication to delivering ultra-luxury spaces on schedule.
