Wynn Al Marjan is actively recruiting for various positions as it prepares for its grand opening. Key roles include a casino manager responsible for table games, ensuring game integrity and regulatory compliance, along with a pit manager to supervise daily casino activities. These positions, listed on the resort's careers page, require experience in casino operations and familiarity with relevant systems.
Beyond gaming, the resort is also hiring for executive chefs, including roles at Delilah and Steak House by Alain Ducasse. Other openings include positions in floral operations, nightlife, and administrative support for the casino division. Wynn emphasizes an attractive salary, comprehensive benefits, and incentive programs to attract top talent.
The $5.1 billion resort, set to open in early 2027, has made significant announcements, including receiving the UAE's first commercial gaming license. It will feature a 225,000-square-foot gaming area, 24 dining venues, a luxury shopping area, and a white-sand beach. The development also includes Enclave, an ultra-luxury sanctuary with 99 suites.
Wynn Al Marjan, spanning 60 hectares, will be led by Max Topainer, former CEO of Wynn Las Vegas, as president. The resort will have 1,530 rooms, suites, and villas, along with 12 pools. Construction is currently underway, with Wynn recently securing additional land for future expansion.
