OMNIYAT, a leading developer in Dubai's ultra-luxury real estate market, has acquired Marasi Bay Island. This island will be developed into a vibrant lifestyle destination within the Burj Khalifa District, featuring the area's first beach club. The project aims to complement OMNIYAT's existing ultra-luxury offerings, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for high-net-worth individuals. Marasi Bay itself is a waterfront destination, seamlessly connected to key areas like Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, offering a blend of high-end living, premium workspaces, and leisure experiences.
Marasi Bay Marina, operated by OMNIYAT, will feature berths for superyachts, an exclusive Yacht Club, and various amenities for boat owners and hotel guests. The south waterfront promenade will include both public and resident-only facilities such as a padel court, children's play area, and art trail. Exclusive to OMNIYAT residents, Sunset Park, a private floating island, will offer wellness, leisure, and community spaces, including picnic lawns, private dining areas, and specialized gardens.
The residential portfolio at Marasi Bay includes VELA Viento, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, designed by Foster + Partners. This property features 95 residences with panoramic views and expansive terraces. Residents will have access to a Sky Amenities Deck with an infinity pool, gym, and lounges, as well as ground-level amenities and world-class hospitality managed by Dorchester Collection. The Lana Hotel and Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, also designed by Foster + Partners, is a signature property within Marasi Bay, with its penthouse setting sales records in the Burj Khalifa District.
Adding to the development, ENARA by OMNIYAT, an ultra-luxury office tower, is set for completion in 2027. This building will cater to the global business elite, offering luxury office spaces with direct access to outdoor wellness facilities and fine-dining options. Marasi Bay, orchestrated by renowned brands and innovators, promises to be a hub of elevated lifestyle experiences, enhancing Dubai's future.
