Dubai's real estate market witnessed a significant transaction with a plot in Al Yalayis 1 selling for Dh1.27 billion. This prime land spans 4.18 million square feet. The sale highlights the ongoing strength and investor interest in Dubai's property sector.
Daily real estate sales reached Dh5.18 billion through 1,332 transactions. These included sales of residential units, buildings, and land plots. Mortgage activity totaled Dh914.39 million across 242 transactions, while 31 gift transactions were also recorded, valued at Dh125.35 million.
Overall, Monday's real estate dealings in Dubai amounted to approximately Dh6.21 billion across 1,605 transactions. This surge in activity has pushed the year-to-date property sales past the Dh600 billion mark, reaching Dh603.48 billion.
The total value of all real estate transactions, encompassing sales, mortgages, and gifts, has reached Dh812.89 billion year-to-date, demonstrating the robust performance of Dubai's property market.
