Handover of Residential Units Completed

Arada has begun handing over 138 new apartments at its Aljada megacommunity in Sharjah, marking the completion of the two Il Teatro Residences buildings. This milestone signifies the end of residential development within Naseej District, Aljada's creative hub, where over 2,000 homes have now been delivered.

The Il Teatro Residences overlook the Il Teatro performing arts complex, designed by Tadao Ando. Residents will have exclusive access to rooftop infinity pools, health clubs, and ground-floor retail and dining options. The complex also features stylish double-height loft apartments, a first for Sharjah's real estate market, with full glass curtain walls, individual terraces, and adaptable living spaces.

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, emphasized the company's commitment to delivering 4,000 units in 2026. The completion of Il Teatro Residences brings the total number of completed homes at Aljada to 9,000. Arada is now focused on completing homes within the Nasaq complex.

This announcement comes amid positive trends in the Sharjah real estate market, with transactions valued at AED18.5 billion in the first quarter of the year, a 41% increase compared to the previous year. Aljada, Sharjah's largest project, spans 24 million square feet and features various residential districts, retail, entertainment, and healthcare amenities.
