Eric Trump inaugurated a $1.5 billion luxury resort and golf complex in Hung Yen province, Vietnam, on May 21, 2025. The project, a collaboration between the Trump Organization and Kinhbac City, features three 18-hole golf courses, five-star hotels, high-end residential estates, and various luxury amenities. Spanning 990 hectares (2,446 acres), the development is slated for completion by the end of 2027.
Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the groundbreaking, highlighting the visit's significance in accelerating the project. He also pledged government support for its timely completion. Eric Trump lauded Vietnam's real estate potential, calling the project "the envy of Asia and the world."
The Trump Organization received official approval from the Vietnamese government just a week before the ceremony. The golf course venture, previously reported in the Vietnam Investment Review, is considered the "largest of its kind in East Asia" for the organization. Eric Trump is also scheduled to meet with officials in Ho Chi Minh City to discuss a potential skyscraper project.
