Executive Hires at Fintech Company

PRYPCO, a UAE-based proptech platform, has announced the expansion of its executive leadership team to fuel its growth in integrated real estate, mortgage, tokenization, and ownership infrastructure. Damien Drap joins as Chief Operating Officer, Haresh Bajaj as Chief Product Officer, and Denis Agiev as Chief Technology Officer. These appointments are designed to enhance PRYPCO's ability to execute at scale, drive product innovation, and build a strong operational foundation for its future development.

The new leadership team brings extensive experience from global proptech, fintech, and technology sectors. Drap, with experience at Nomad Homes and Uber, will oversee operational strategy and execution. Bajaj, formerly of Pleo, Klarna, and Barclays, will lead product and marketing, focusing on innovation and growth. Agiev, previously with Revolut, will head the technology strategy, overseeing platform architecture and cloud infrastructure.

The expansion reflects PRYPCO's focus on expanding its ecosystem across fractional property ownership, home financing, investor services, and residency solutions. The platform aims to connect real estate ownership, financing, fractional ownership, and services into a unified ecosystem. This will support investors, homeowners, and institutions through a more accessible and digitally enabled infrastructure.
