Binghatti is launching "Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City" in Meydan, Dubai, a Dh30 billion master-planned development. This marks the world's first Mercedes-Benz branded city, encompassing over 13,000 residences across 12 residential skyscrapers and a central landmark building. The project spans over 10 million square feet and represents the second collaboration between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz, expanding their partnership beyond a single branded tower. The development will be completed in three phases, with an estimated completion time of three and a half years.
The city will feature a variety of homes, ranging from studios to five-bedroom units, with starting prices from Dh1.6 million for studios to Dh5 million for three-bedroom homes. The design incorporates Mercedes-Benz's "Sensual Purity" philosophy, with automotive-inspired exterior elements and interiors featuring a black-and-silver palette. Residents will have access to extensive amenities, including pools, gyms, sporting clubs, and social facilities. The Grand Promenade, a large landscaped park, will serve as the community's green spine.
The project aims to strengthen Dubai's position in high-end branded real estate and broaden its customer base. The development is self-financed and targets a diverse range of buyers. The towers will be named after Mercedes-Benz concept vehicles, and the project marks the first time the company has applied its brand identity across an entire urban environment. This launch comes as Dubai's property market continues to experience record growth, supported by government initiatives and economic diversification.
