MAG Group and China's Citic Ltd. are joining forces to develop 'Keturah Ardh,' a Dh22 billion ($6 billion) luxury real estate project in Dubailand. Spanning 18.47 million square feet within the Al Rowaiyah First District, the project will feature expansive plot sizes ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 square feet. A key element of Keturah Ardh will be its extensive landscaping, including over 100,000 trees, some aged between 20 and 2,200 years, designed to create a unique "life-scaping" environment.

MAG Group, known for its involvement in Dubai's early freehold boom and its focus on premium residential spaces, brings its expertise in luxury development to the partnership. Citic Ltd., a major Chinese engineering company with over $1.67 trillion in assets, adds significant financial and construction capabilities. The project will be rolled out in phases, with the first phase, under the Keturah Ardh Couture Art brand, launching in Q4-2025. Subsequent phases are planned for Q1-2026 and through 2027, with overall completion expected within two to seven years.

According to Moafaq Al Gaddah, Chairman of MAG Group, Keturah Ardh aims to redefine luxury living in Dubai by integrating nature and community into daily life. This partnership with Citic is expected to deliver exceptional value and set new standards for sustainable luxury developments in the UAE and beyond.
