The Trump International Hotel and Tower has officially launched in Dubai, with luxurious four-bedroom penthouses priced from Dh70 million. Situated at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, along Sheikh Zayed Road, this project marks the expansion of The Trump Organization's partnership with Dar Global, a luxury real estate developer. This collaboration also includes a golf community project in Oman.
The Dubai tower, designed by Nikken Sekkei, will be the first Trump super-luxury hotel brand in the UAE, with the first 18 floors dedicated to the hotel. Two floors will house a members-only club, followed by residential units. The project is expected to take approximately five years to complete, with a delivery date estimated around 2031, and a gross development cost estimated at $1 billion.
This launch follows the recent opening of a Trump Tower in Jeddah and aims to establish a strong presence in the region. The Trump Organization is also planning two projects in Riyadh, including a golfing community. This expansion reflects Dubai's status as a global destination and its appeal for iconic developments.
