Dubai Islands Housing Project Awarded

Nakheel has awarded a Dh2.6 billion contract to Fibrex Contracting to build Bay Villas on Dubai Islands, marking a significant project award in the UAE. The project encompasses over 600 luxury homes, featuring five distinct property types. Fibrex Contracting has a history of collaboration with Nakheel, including their work on the District One West community.

The Bay Villas aim to provide a luxurious waterfront living experience, emphasizing well-being, privacy, and island living. The beachfront villas will offer six bedrooms, a show kitchen, a rooftop lounge, and a dedicated dining area. Other property types include garden villas, semi-detached villas, and townhouses within private garden complexes.
