Binghatti, a Dubai-based developer, has acquired land in Dubai's Nad Al Sheba 1 within the Meydan district for a large-scale residential community. The project is expected to cover a gross floor area of 8 million square feet, with a development value of Dh25 billion. The land acquisition was self-financed by the company.
This marks Binghatti's first major master-planned residential community in Dubai. The project aims to leverage the company's vertically integrated model, known for delivering high-quality properties efficiently. The developer currently has approximately 20,000 units under development across 30 projects in areas like Downtown and Business Bay.
Binghatti has also been active in branded residences, collaborating with luxury brands such as Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co. Notable clients include football star Neymar Junior and opera singer Andrea Bocelli. This new project signifies a significant step in Binghatti's growth, aiming to set a new standard for integrated living in Dubai.
