Dubai Holding is expanding its d3 creative district into a mixed-use waterfront neighborhood, aiming to integrate living, working, and leisure. The master plan, anchored by The Edit, a new residential development, will feature luxury homes with views of Dubai Creek and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The Edit will offer one- to five-bedroom apartments and suites, catering to the demand for premium living spaces.
The development is strategically located along Dubai Creek, close to Business Bay and Dubai Festival City, positioning d3 as a hub for design, art, fashion, and innovation. The master plan is divided into five zones: Creekside, Soho District, Mind Space, Sanctuary, and Design HQ, all designed to promote walkability and sustainability, with shaded walkways, parks, and energy-efficient buildings. The project is targeting LEED certification.
While d3 focuses on luxury, different unit sizes will be available. However, affordable housing will be prioritized in other areas of Dubai. Dubai Holding emphasizes quality over a fixed timeline, focusing on delivering milestones rather than adhering to rigid deadlines. Demand for The Edit and previous d3 launches has been strong, driven by the location, design, and lifestyle offerings.
