Ras Al Khaimah is set to undergo a significant transformation with the launch of Marjan Beach, an 85 million sq. ft. mixed-use masterplan. Unveiled at a spectacular event, the project aims to reshape the emirate's beachfront, featuring tree-lined roads, expansive green spaces, and an extended coastline. The development is a key component of RAK Vision 2030, designed to boost economic diversification and enhance Ras Al Khaimah's appeal as a tourism and investment destination.

The ambitious project anticipates attracting multi-billion-dirham investments across real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. Marjan Beach, with a capacity for over 100,000 residents and workers, is expected to draw 180,000 annual visitors. The masterplan, set along a three-kilometer beachfront, will encompass eight distinct neighborhoods, offering a blend of residential, commercial, civic, and recreational facilities.

Key zones within Marjan Beach include a beachfront resorts area, a residential-commercial hub, a civic center, and an innovation district. These areas are designed to cater to diverse needs, from public beaches and hospitality options to government offices and knowledge economy initiatives. The project also incorporates a logistics zone, integrating industrial uses with retail, lifestyle components, and housing options.
