Dubai's Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South is expanding with the launch of The VIP Terminal Boulevard. This new development is designed to meet the increasing demand for aviation services and will be located adjacent to the existing VIP Terminal.
The boulevard will stretch 769 meters and feature 16 buildings, encompassing a total area of 204,000 square meters. The project is planned to be developed in phases, with the first phase commencing in 2026. Construction has already started on Aviation One, a six-story building within the boulevard, which will showcase modern architectural design.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, highlighted the importance of the VIP Terminal Boulevard. He stated that it will create new opportunities for aviation companies and luxury brands.
MBRAH, a free-zone area within Dubai South, caters to airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair, and overhaul providers, and related industries. It currently houses maintenance centers, training, and educational facilities.
